BOOKING AND PAYMENT

BERULIA TRAVEL offers the services of mediation and booking on behalf of the provider of services and to their benefit and this way provides accomodation for guests in accordance with the information found on the web pages of www.beruliatravel-brela.hr. · Berulia travel quarantees the authenticity of the visual documentation and the data relating to the facts about the accomodation we offer.
· Reservations can be made by sending an e-mail , fax , directly in our agency or in the offices of our partner agencies. After receiving a confirmation of the booking, agency will send you information how to make the advance payment. To make the reservation valid is necessary to make the advance payment in the amount of minimum eur 100,00 or maximum 30% of the full price. After receipt of the advance payment, you will receive payment confirmation and accomodation VOUCHER containing all necessary information about reservation..
The rest of payment is in cash after arrival in our agency ( if it is not others agreed).

CANCELLATION POLICY
The guest must cancel the accomnodation in written form
· For cancellation earlier than 30 days before the use of services agency charges 10% of total amount.The rest of sum will be return to the guest at the expense of the recipient
· Cancellations made from 30 to 0 days before the use of rented service agency will charge all advance payment ( max 30% of total price)

OBLIGATION OF THE AGENCY
· The agency has an obligation to ensure that the services are carried out, as well as to choose a provider of services with the care of the good manager and to take care of the rights and interests of the guest.
Agency obliged to see that the quest receive all the services mentioned in the VOUCHER
